2. Remote-First Operations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest levers for reducing emissions is cutting down on travel and daily commuting. In 2025, 95% of our work was delivered remotely<\/strong>, which has substantially reduced our travel-related carbon emissions. This approach also helps our people enjoy more flexibility and better work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Paperless Practices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have gone fully digital: 100% of our documentation and contracts<\/strong> are now paperless. From signed agreements to internal reports, every process that previously depended on paper has been moved to digital workflows. This has helped us minimize physical waste and streamline operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Green Awareness Across the Team<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sustainability is as much about mindset as methods. Throughout the year, we conducted internal education sessions to deepen awareness about carbon emissions, eco-friendly habits, energy efficiency, and sustainable work practices.
