Net Zero Commitment<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have made a public pledge to achieve <strong>Net Zero carbon emissions by 2035<\/strong>. This commitment stands as a promise to reduce emissions across our operations and offset any remaining impact. It reflects both our responsibility and our ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Remote-First_Operations\"><\/span><strong>2. Remote-First Operations<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the biggest levers for reducing emissions is cutting down on travel and daily commuting. In 2025, <strong>95% of our work was delivered remotely<\/strong>, which has substantially reduced our travel-related carbon emissions. This approach also helps our people enjoy more flexibility and better work-life balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Paperless_Practices\"><\/span><strong>3. Paperless Practices<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have gone fully digital: <strong>100% of our documentation and contracts<\/strong> are now paperless. From signed agreements to internal reports, every process that previously depended on paper has been moved to digital workflows. This has helped us minimize physical waste and streamline operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Green_Awareness_Across_the_Team\"><\/span><strong>4. Green Awareness Across the Team<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sustainability is as much about mindset as methods. Throughout the year, we conducted internal education sessions to deepen awareness about carbon emissions, eco-friendly habits, energy efficiency, and sustainable work practices. Our goal is to embed green thinking into Dhruvsoft\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Joining_the_Global_Community_1torg_Knowledge_Hub\"><\/span><strong>5. Here\u2019s what we are committed to next year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Track Energy Usage &amp; Cloud Carbon Footprint<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>We will begin accurate measurement of energy consumed in our offices, plus the carbon cost of our cloud infrastructures.
